Smooth-talking Box: 'You Have Beautiful Eyes.'
A red-and-white-striped box not only decorates the sidewalk in downtown Washington D.C., but also doles out kind words to passers-by. It's called the Compliment Machine, designed by local artist Tom Greaves.
